I have a university plan expiring in next 2 to 3 months. i visited rohini 16 idea show room and requested for change of plan. a plan on approval basis for rs 149 rental was told and confirmed after 3 days. later from customer care i came to know about rejection of request but for reason not known to them. who will tell me reason and why once said approved is rejected. i wish to disconnect the connection now.
