Irresponsible Customer Care

Hi All,

This complaint is regarding the Online recharge amount was not received by the Idea service provider. Yesterday i.e., (06/25) i have received a message stating that full talktime for 75/-. Hence i have recharged by mobile immediately with 75/- through online bank service. but till date i have not received any balance for the same.

I have called to the customer care executive on 06/25 evening. One of the customer care executive said that balance will be credited to my account with in 6 hours because there is a server problem. But i have not received any balance of 75/- full talk time.

I have called to the customer care today i.e., on 06/26 afternoon, now this customer care executive saying that this offer is not there for my mobile. and he said that he can't help on this 75/- recharge, he directly said that you have to loose this 75/- amount.

Why should i have to loose my money because of these guys irresponsibleness.?

Question: If there is no offer for my mobile why did these guys sent me the message regarding the offer.?

I kindly request you guys to take the serious action on this.
