I am Gaurav KArve and my mobile number is 9821770665 and I had opted for Idea Blackberry Rs. 599/- unlimited plan but when i received my first bill there was a charge of Rs936.32 of GPRS on my account. When checked with them they said that it was my fault that i had used the WAP browser. Now the WAP browser that is provided in BB phones is hidden and the only WAP settings are from IDEA FRESH. The BB settings on my phone were checked by their BB reps and i was informed that the settings were proper. later i had a word with Asif Choudhary whom i conferenced with their BB tech and he said that the settings were not proper and he helped me with some more settings. I also received a call from their BB rep named Vimal who on checking with there team informed me that I can disable the IMIS and the feature of using the phone as a modem. Now that i have placed this request there is no response from their team.
Adding to this their payment that i had made (which i had agreed for) was not reflecting in their details.
