Deduction of Money Without any Consumer Knowledge

From one month i realised that idea cellular is deducting some amount from my prepaid connection without my knowledge. My Problem is that a default idea dialler/caller tone is activated in my idea prepaid connection (9887130246) without my knowledge and Rs.30 were charged for that tone. I want to deactivate this dialler/caller tone service first and also requesting you that this type of default service problem never came in future in my idea prepaid connection.
