I've submitted requested for DND (Do not Disturbe) service request on 17th Jan. As per TRAI, service provider should stop all the promotion call and messages after complete the 45 days but i'm still receiving promotion call from IDEA Cellular. When i was told to customer care, they are not given satisfactory replay.
