I tried to cnnect to google.com by using my idea number, once i open the google page and close it 60 to 70 rs get deducted. this happend twice with me, when i tried to contact customer care they are telling u have used internet and data charges are 1p/KB, when i ask for how muchj KB i have used they are not ready to tell that.
i spoke to floor manager also regarding this he said call customer care after some time again to get the details about how much KB i have used, i tried to connect to customer care again from same number it is not able to connect, it tells all the lines are busy, if i try from other idea number it will connect the call...
