Dear Ma'am / Sir,
I had subscribed for mobile connection from Idea Cellular, with mobile number being 95 400 19598, i had opted for 2 year advance rental plan and paid the rent at the time of buying the connection itself, while doing so I had given copy of my passport as my id proof for every thing address signature name etc. Unfortunately they keyed in wrong address on to their system and my address verification was negative, now they are asking me to deposit another 250/- to get the number activated. I have full correspondence with them if needed be I can send it across to you. Writing to all their departments did not evoke any positive response
