On 2nd of August a Service Executive called in my No. and told me about the offer of 100 minutes free for all calls and also about the Idea to Idea 10 p/min.
He told that it was free as being a valuable customer but a Balance Of Rs. 71 got deducted from my account without any notification which is a kind of CHEATING with the consumer.
On giving a call to complain my call was forwarded to the senior executive but no one turned up the call and i kept on calling for nearly 30 minutes and i didn't got any answer.
