Undue delay in resuming service

I purchased idea prepaid around 15days back. I started using it on the same day. After two days, the service was kept on hold. After inquiring with the dealer, he said, the idea person did not come to collect the documents and so my service is held. I have forwarded this new number to all my acquaintances. Its been over 10 days now. I am frustrated as I cannot communicate with anyone.
