Idea rejecting my MNP application
I am using idea no 9848887637 (Andhra pradesh) for the last 3 yrs. And i want to change my mobile operator Through mobile number portability from IDEA to airtel.
And i went to airtel show room and i submit my id proof and porting charges.
But i receive a message from 1901that "Request rejected by donor due to porting code does not match the donor allocated porting code for this number'. Actually in my case there is no mistake from my side, i have given same unique porting code i recieved from 1901. they are simply delaying my complaint saying somany lies. Actually MNP is a customer right. but here idea is denying that right for me.
I am planning to file a complaint in consumer court for compensation.
I contacted my idea customer care about this issue no one has respondig. Please. Help me si
