Dear Concern,
Below is the mail sent by me to the Idea Customer to deactivate the TV service on 17th Dec but it was deactivated on 31st jan. They told me to give refund but they didn’t reply after Jan 28th. Below is last mail sent by them to me but after that I have not recd any response from Idea. When I used send message to port my number on 1900 ill not receive any UPC code from idea. I suggest each and every person that Idea is so worst company. You will not get any response from their CCE even after holding for more than 1 hours. Poor Network Coverage, Poor Policy of treating Premium customer (they are barring 5 years old postpaid number for just non payment of Rs.136, No response of any mail sent to them. After all that They Say “ What an Idea Sir Ji”. Shameless company

what the hell idea company is doing since past 3 months you all are charging me for Idea TV for which i didnt given any request but instead of that i request you to deactivate the service but it is still activated and i m charged for it... Bull shit company. You people dont takle pain to reply of customer mails also... im definately going to migrate to Vodafone.

I want to inform you that I’m Idea subscriber since 12/10 but my number Outgoing local and STD calls were barred due to non payment of just Rs.136 approx. I want to know the reason that is this the way you company treating with your premium customer. After my request my local outgoing calls are activated but still I’m unable to make any STD calls. After this I again had given request to resume my STD services on dated 15 Dec. I don’t know what the hell idea wants to play with their customer. My SIM was blocked (registration failed) When I tried up to call customer care from my Vodafone number 9899978***, after half and hour I got response and thereafter lady CCE picked and told me that IDEA systems are on updating and it will be rectified in 4 hours and when I wish to talk to her floor manager she put me hold for more than a 42 Minutes and there after Mr. Jaiser Floor in charge un hold my call and told me that he was busy in another call.
I called up Idea care 9891012345 1:34 PM approx with my Vodafone number 9899978*** cal was picked by Lady CCE Name Preetpal and there after she trasffred call to Mr. Jaiser Floor Incharge.
I had already forwarded complaint on idea website but I didn’t receive any response from you. I’m going to file a case against idea for harassment and poor service. As I earlier informed that I was charged for Idea TV service Rs.150 for which I don’t had given any request to you.

Are involved in this whole conversation but I’m still there where I was before. Due to this I want to Port my number wants to do MNP because Mr. Sandeep Floor Manager told me that just for Rs.99 they are barring services of customer as that is the company policy.
