I am putting across this matter to you as i didnot received a proper response from the technical team and customer team of Idea. Since from 20th my balance is being deducted. I called upto customer care team they told please call after 24 hrs we don't have any information right now. So i have given a call the next day. They have replied saying that it has been activated radio pack of 20rs per day. I told i am an old guy of 62yrs and even i don't know how to operate the options and i never activated the radio pack. I bugged them and asked give me the exact date and time when i activated the pack. then the customer team put me on hold for ten min and told it has activated from them by mistake. How irresponsible to say that answer and even i told my balance is being deducting daily. So they have given a complaint your amount will be returned to you with in 23/03 at 6:26:00pm (action would be taken). There is no action taken and again the same process amount got deducted next day.again complaint no.. In the first week of match i got a msg saying rechg with 55 get 55 full talk time.valid till march 31st 2011.So i recharged and i did not received full talk time. Again i have given a complaint saying i did not received the full talk time. The customer team replied it will credited to your account. Again the next day my balance got deducted from the recharge which i have done. So i recharged with 201 top up. Again i have given a complaint my amount got deducted. technical team guys did not responded till date. Are they making fun with the customer amount. They don't have any responsible in their work. I called yesterday evening on 26- mar fatima customer care spoken to me she told my team lead is busy he told he will call back later in 1hr. I waited 12 hours but no response.
What is the use of working a team lead in the organization don't he feel responsible in attending the customer calls. He has to give a call back and should take the action. What work he done in that... and even my money got deducted today also on 27th march. This is ridiculous service giving by the idea cellular.
Hence i inform all the people better don't jump to any offers given by the idea and service is very bad. I am putting this mail after lot of patience taken from me from 5 days. I don't want to bare any more.
This is a message to higher official idea team to managers, District heads and others. Please take the responsible team to work with us as the customer did not face this kind of problems in future.
My conversations happen with customer team i am putting their names. Fatima, Sunny Joseph, Lingamurthy.
My total amount till date got deducted almost 150Rs. I am going to change this blede network idea and i am very old customer since from 11yrs. Do what ever you want..
This will a bad remark on whole customer team and technical team...
