Be careful when you recharge the GPRS plan. Idea Cellular delays the plan so they can get you to use GPRS at 2ps per KB. On complaining the reply was like below,
This is to inform you that the recharge amount of Rs.96/- got successful on 1st April 18:25:40 Hence, you got charged from 31st March till 1st April 18:43:1 as per the GPRS zero rental plan (usage charges - 2ps per KB). We express our inability to reverse the same as the charges are correctly charged.
They are very powerful people so please be warned. No authority can control them so change to prepaid and keep the balance as low as possible to prevent unethical deductions and refusal to reimburse.
