Deduct my acct balance with any reason

i m nitin sharma,

i m using idea no. 09992811114 (ambala) and studying with b.tech

The balance of 70rs is deducted from my account.with any reason i asked to customer care, but many times he has cut my phone call.customercare is useless..i called 20 times he is not transfered my call to senior executive manager.

Can you refund my acctound balance please help me?? si
