I have recharged my phone online through Citi bank for 200 Rs and i get a message saying that internet service has been activated and i have been recharging my phone online from the time i have taken idea connection and never faced a issue but after recharging it on 6/7i get a message stating that internet services have been activated which i did not subscribe for. And i spoke to the cus care agent who says nothing can be done and is asking me to change the mobile to use the services. The attitude towards cus is very bad so i would request you to kindly look in to it and refund the amount or activate a topup of 200 Rs as i am not interested to use internet services with IDEA.
