Alance deduction in one day Rs 150

Hi,

I have taken a new prepaid connection on 13th June and recharged the same with 150 (got full talk time) plus Rs. 89 Recharge for Internet usage.

on 14th when i checked my balace, my balance was nil . i have not made any single call from my mobile nor i have used any other service, for knowing the reason for the same i called customer care and both the time i got the same reply that our server is down and we cannot assist you on this.

i am surprise to get this service from idea as i got this connection on good feedback of my friends . i have not used idea till date although i am using mobile from last 10 years. but after taking this new connection i am feeling helpless.

Please help!!
