My name is Vineet Aggarwal. My Mobile no is 9891254525 from last 10 years. I recharge my mobile phone from Rs. 98 for one month internet use as on 03 july (5.30 PM) and my previous bal is Rs. 141.38. I use my internet only for 10 minutes without downloading and after then my bal is Rs 1.78. Please solve this problem and call me sir.
