Deactivation of full song
i shashikala, has prepaid connection with idea. From about two weeks, there is a deduction of Rs 5 towards the full song, which is activated automatically by idea people, without my knowledge.
i have been complaining to call centre, and asking them to deactivate it. Still nothing has been done. Talk to customre care, they are saying only for waiting upto 2-3 days but there are no results of it after talking 3-4 times.
i have already wasted more then Rs 70 for this hello song activated on my number 9785214101.
hope the people of idea, take customers complaints seriously and resolve it, rather making it verse
