Incorrect balance deduction

I m using a idea sim card and i have activated the net pack of RS 14... but when i

used the internet my balance of RS 50 has been deducted... i have reported several

complaint to them but they are lying to me by giving several reasons... they t0old me that your problem will be solved in the given time but thier given time is passed

and my problem havewnt been solved... then again i have made a complaint but its of no use... they again told me same thing but then also i havent got my balance back... please go through it...

i want to register a complaint against idea cellular pvt ltd...

what i do need to do to register a complaint... please reply
