Grievance: Deduction of Rs. 5 / day without any reason
With a hope I have opted for MNP to Idea from Reliance, which I was using for last 2 years.
But it seems my idea to get a better service is a BAD IDEA.
Dear Sir/ Madam,
A balanced of Rs. 5 has been deducted from my account on daily basis since 17/09. To the best of my knowledge I have not registered for any VAS.
I have contacted with the following CC executives on 198 and got the reply that they r not able to track the reason for deduction and my request has been forwarded and I will get the balance
returned to my acct within 2 days. But all it vain, till date I have not recieved any amt. to my acct and the deduction of Rs. 5 continues.
