1. I purchased an IDEA mobile Sim No 9866881915 on 24 Oct.
2. I had submitted all the requisite documents required along with the application on 24 Oct.
3. My mobile services were abruptly discontinued with effect from 31 Oct for want of the requisite documents which I have already submitted along with the application on 24 Oct.
4. There is no response from the IDEA CUSTOMER CARE.
5. Finally upon getting through to the IDEA CUSTOMER CARE representative, I was confirmed that the requisite documents required along with the application have been received by the IDEA Office.
6. However it would take at least two to three days more for processing my application and restoring my IDEA Mobile Services.
7. I am being given reasons for all this confusion to utter chaos are varying from bewildering to bemusing to plain stupid.
8. Reasons like:-
(i) It was Diwali and so we have a backlog of work for the last few days.
(ii) It is not our fault as we did not have staff during the previous few days.
(iii) The documents could not be processed as you purchased the IDEA mobile Sim No 9866881915 on 24 Oct just two days before Diwali.
9. I don't know who is going to be taking any action on this mail, but if you are someone who can do something about the whole issue, I would be grateful.
10. An extremely dissatisfied and upset customer who always believed that IDEA Mobile Services were better than this.
