I have used the Internet service of idea for 3 times and downloaded some 5 MB the company has deducted some 200 rs for it. First they activated 3G without my approval and when i called them and after many hang ups with 45 minutes on the complaint desk and the call transferred 3 times the person told me i cant help and all things are OK

Please help and I need to get my money back
