Deduct of balance

I have a idea number 9814906147.company has activated a service name PUNJABI JUNCTION which i have not to activate not to known about this service & charged amount Rs.30/(thirty only).whether i have called the company complaint number 198 .but executive language of talking is very rude & abusement.i am very much refuse that company making a fraud call & cut the balance their customer account without to activated any service .can any one stop like this. last few months company also deducted amount of gprs service charge which i have not to use not to activate.please take my problem at priority level & give me my balance wave-off which has charged.thanks
