Deduction of balance for Dialler tone was deducted. although that was not activated. For this issue, when i contacted to customer care i talked with the customer care executive Mr. Tushar Hande. this person has no sense how to talk with the customers. He is giving some foolish answers. When i told him to transfer call to his team leader / manager. He was told that he cannot transfer the call to his reporting person and disconnected my call while i am talking with him.
This is the worst experience with idea.
