Egarding idea showroom who does not give me a new sim

I have idea postpaid number 9911989970 and i request it to convert my postpaid Sim to prepaid on 19/07, so they close my number today on 20/07 and does not give me a prepaid Sim . they said the prepaid Sim is given to you on Monday 23/07 .

so i face many problem because my number was closed... and i have to make some important calls... they do not give me a new Sim of prepaid number

about 3 days my number was close ..so who is responsible for my lose..

please look in to the matter and do need full
