Sir,
I was using a number 9990809881 in Delhi and thereafter I came bangalore but I was using that number. as the recharge faciality is not available in bangalore for numbers of outstation idea consumer I could not recharge it but this number was active. from last week the number shows invalid sim in my mobile. on contacting customer care executive of idea cellular Delhi I got a reply that this number is issued for selling in market as i have not used it for last three months about which I have not been given any information that my number is going to be disconnected and without informing me they have stopped service to this number and issued it for sale in market.
so i request you to please suggest me next course or action.
