Unauthorized over charging

I have a prepaid idea no, idea cellular limited is overcharging and reducing the balance without informing the customer and provide unneccessary sms schemes, they have activated many service without informing me, when i call to customer cell to stop these schemes and services and refund my money back, they refused and said money is unrefundable,

please help me on this
