This complaint is regarding my 2 idea numbers 9990020251 and 9891900251.
They had disconected my second number on the basis that i have not paid the amount of extra levied charges on my secind mobile. They starting putting an extra features charges of Rs 199/ monthly wrongly (I never activated such services) I am approaching for customer care but they shown rude behavior. There was a threat from number 9911389437 that if you will not pay bill consequence will be bad.
they stopped connection of my 9990020251 (Having regular payment history) to pressurise me for paying unused amount
