From last few weeks the Invalid deduction are done in the prepais a/c balance. When I approch towards customer care they are not giving proper answer they told its due to download even though it was observed that downloading was not done for the said period.
Sometime they give some web address & told me just go there & click on unsubscribe your balance deduction will get sstopped but when I visit such site I found that the web address given is incorrect & it isnot working & for some web page if its working then in such web address unsubscribe option is not present.
Now when I told them issue they are disconnecting the call.
Kindy resolve the issue ASAP & I request Idea please train well their customer care department as it was found all people giving different answer for same issue.
