Sir I want to state that i wrongly recharged my mobile on 10 Sep 2011 by a sum of money Rs 54 for which i did not get any balance. I contacted with customer care for the same stating that as i had wrongly charged my number it is my request that please refund my money by giving me normal recharge amount benefit. But i was surprised to see that all customer care executives had different opinion on subject. On 11 Sep 2011 Mr. Maneesh of Idea customer cell said that i will be credited Rs 49 in my account within 48 hours. After 48 hours i again contacted them, they say that my request is rejected and my money will be in the is now the property of Idea under regulation of TRAI as this my mistake. But sir my opinion is that if any customer wrongly recharged its number by any amount the normal benefit should be given to customer. If not under which clause of TR AI this amount will be the property of Idea Cellular company. Kindly intervene into the matter and clarify my doubt. My mobile no is 7500928899 operator Idea cellular.
