Strange way of Field Visit, by Idea Cellular Ltd.

They will not call the Mobile connection saying that the person is coming to do the field verification.

They will pop up after 8.00 pm and take pictures of ladies though she is not a customer. When contacted, they said, this is an agency, which is outsourced by us.

Please be careful if you are taking a post paid connection - they [ idea cellular] needs picture of your ladies sitting at home, while you travel.

BE CAREFUL WITH THIS OPERATOR.
