Another target of rude behavior from customer care executives of IDEA Cellular.
in regard to the fraudulent bills generated by IDEA Cellular.
I had intimated IDEA of terminating my services in mid of December.
For this I did the following:
1. Raised request on their online portal couple of times -- Which was closed every time.
2. Reminded them 3 times through Email (copy of which is pasted below).
Still they generated my bill for complete month of December, which I payed as soon the bill was generated considering it a delay from there side.
Despite of this I receive harassing phone calls in the month of April about paying bill for the month of Jan-Feb-Mar for which I have never availed their services.
Not to forget due to this, my other IDEA number was closed/bared of all incoming/outgoing calls suddenly. How rude is that? (even when the mistake is theirs)
Would suggest everyone to stay away from IDEA if you want your blood pressures to be in limits. Will surely convey all the IDEA users in my company through our portal to make use of number portability and get RID OF IDEA ASAP.

I have informed IDEA of immediately terminating services to 919911013001 twice during the month of December. Despite of which the bill generated for the month of December shows rental charges for complete month. Kindly explain...
Moreover, if the services are still not stopped, kindly do the same.

Despite of numerous intimations through web portal and mail (as instructed by your customer care) to terminate the connection, I still have been presented with the bill for the month of January. Kindly explain why is the bill being generated even if I haven't used any of the services of IDEA and intimated IDEA about the termination of services number of times!!!

I have repeatedly intimated IDEA of terminating that number (9911013001) from mid of December last year.
If you want I have proofs of emails sent and you could also check your portal, where I had raised the request so many number of times.
Kindly resolve this issue and clear my account at the earliest, else I will have to think of continuing with other IDEA numbers that I currently have and the ones that were taken along with me in my group. We are already frustrated with the services that we have got till now.
