Negligence in the deactivation of service

I am using Idea post paid connection 09552158100 for last 5 months. A chatting service has been activated in my account few days after taking the connection. I called the customer care many times to deactivate the service as I get 15- 20 messages every day. But the customer care is not aware of such a service and they reiterated that no service is been activated in my account. Idea customer care is the worst customer service I had in my whole life. People sitting in customer service don’t understand English, don’t know to speak English and they are not aware of the services provided by Idea.

I lodged a complaint 4 times and on 27.05.2011 I got a message saying ' Chatting service has been activated in your account'. Today (31/05) once again I called customer care and they told ' No service is activated in my account'. Idea service has become a nuisance as I get 20-30 messages everyday flooding my inbox (Eg: numbers 566941144965, 966941144710). I don’t know where to escalate this issue and now I am planning to go for MNP.

Please take care of this issue.
