I Renuka Moitra, Aged-82, On 14-03, bought an Idea sim-card from "BADSHAH MOBILE BAZAR" in 34, Kali charan Ghosh road Kolkata-700050, after duly submitting photocopies of required documents and a passport size photo. After which my sim was activated and i started using it. Next i recharged my Idea no. 7890660355 with rs65 e-top-up consecutively within three days. Suddenly on 19-04, i receive a message from the service provider that "my Idea no is getting barred owing to negative verification results". I contacted Idea's customer care and they asked me to submit my documents all over again. I did the same the very next day, but didnt get any results. Again i contacted Idea's Customer care, and now they asked me to re-submit those documents again at "My Idea center". There i came to know that MY number has not been registered with them and they cant help me with it. Now my sim has rs109 balance, and i am unable to use it. I feel cheated by the service providers. And i need justice for me as an aged woman.
Please consider my plea and make some provisions to activate my sim-card again.
