Dear Sir/ Mam

This is Mrs. Sangeeta Pritam Manohar my no. 9594932584 which deactivated by Idea due to documents rejected whith the same doc i had activated my postpaid but now I converted this no. from postpaid to prepaid and submitted same doc but they have rejcted due to invalid then dombivli Branch CRO Mr. Samir suggested me to convert this no. on my husband's name on the basis of this I had submitted his documents past 2 week but till date they not updated me the status neither activated my no.

2-3 time me & my husband visited to dombivli branch but each & every time they just commited that ke we have sent a mail but our ho not updated us the status and will be get activated till evening but next day same story I am facing

so requesting you to do look in to the matter
