SIM Registration Failed

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am using Idea GSM No. 919723515272 from last 5 yrs. Suddenly my SIM registration failed on dtd.29.10. i was went to My Idea Shop - Anjar (Dev Telecom)

On dtd.30.10.2011. they told me that you have to changed SIM and submitted Necessary document, I have submitted my documents and photo on 01.11.2011 and got new SIM being Sr. No.89912401071178345852.and they said that SIM will be activated within 48 Hrs. After 03 days I went to My Idea Shop - Anjar. And asked reason. They said that you have to change your Second SIM and they issued my new SIM being Sr. No.89912401071178518086.

And also I have contacted Idea person Mr. Nitesh – Gandhidham (Kutch) Mobile No.09824304713 on dtd.16.11.2011and he informed me that SIM will be activated within 12 Hrs. the next day he is not attending my Phone.

I am suffering for your service and your People also.
