Not recharges

As per the advertisement in Tmes of India, Timesdeal, on 01.12. I purchased an offer recharging mobile at 50% discount and paid Rs. 100/- for the mobile no.9011063620, the payment has been deducted from my SBI account but the Avenue India Pvt. Ltd. has not recharged my mobile, hence requested to refund my amount of Rs. 100/-in to my account immediately. The details of reciept of payment is
