Unncessary dedction for unrequired Services

Dear Sir,

My Mobile Number is 8059564239. I have contacted the Customer Care many many times for the following Issues.:-

I) To stop promotional calls.

II) To stop Promotional Massages.

III) To Stop Joke Packages.(Which is Unnecessary Started by them)

IV) To Stop HLOVE Package (Which is Unnecessary Started by them)

V) To Refund the Above Amount.

But till date none of above is done. I want to take action against them in your plate form and also other consumer for giving me mental tension and claim for the same.
