Sir,
I am Prakash Sethi from bhubaneswar. I have a complain regarding the mobile number portability. On 4th april I had deposited my documents in the Airtel office to port my number from IDEA to AIRTEL with unique port number. After 5 days one message from airtel that, ”Your porting request has been rejected due to some agreement with the IDEA, it was not allow to port this number”. After that i had gone to the idea office. They told me that, ”though its a exclusive number, we will not allow you to port this number”.
1- Is there any role that exclusive number will not allow to port?
2-They told me we will allow only ordinary number for porting.
3- Sir, pls tell what the idea customer care told me, Is that right??
4- Is it within the rules?
5-If it is not within the rule, pls take some action against the IDEA network.
6-Many people from my AREA are suffering from same situation..
