IDEA MOBILE
Charged for unused service

Dear Sir,

Please note that I am having a Idea mobile connection No. 9837234255. The company has charged me for some unnecessary service like "I radio and MCIA" which are not activited by me. When I complaint them, they immediately deactivate the service but do not refund the charged amount for the same.

Please note that I never had request them for any such service.

Kindly look into the matter.
