I have been the prepaid customer of Idea mobile for about two years (Mobile No. 9763399518). I converted my connection to life time by paying the required amount. I also paid the required charges for one paisa per second plan probably in Oct/Nov 09. I have been monitoring my expenditure on mobile calls to ascertain the genuineness of service and offers the firm makes from time to time to gullible customers because I was told by my colleagues that private mobile firms are not genuine in their promises. I am surprise to find that the firm is not genuine and there involves hidden cost to all its offers. I do not understand how my balance has become nil without making calls for that amount. I requested the firm to intervene and check my account through my E-Mail dated 17 Mar 10. I also requested to intimate me the details of calls made by me along with the duration consequent upon which my balance has become Nil. Although promised response within 48 hours, there has been no action till date. Please intervene.
