POOR SERVICE AND IMPROPER BILLING

DEAR SIR,

LAST MONTH I HAVE PURCHASED NEW SIM AND SELECTED FOR 98 RS NET PACK, THAT TIME DAILY 100 MB FREE AS PER THE PLAN, I'M USING LESS THAN 100MB PER DAY ALSO I NEVER VISIT FOR PAY SITE BUT THEY ARE DETECTING 5.00 RS . ALSO CUSTOMER CARE RESPONSE IS NOT SATISFACTORY .POOR SERVICE AND POOR RESPONSE .HEREAFTER I NEVER SELECT IDEA NETWORK.
