my name is kevin lewis my phone no is 8108414080. Day one when i called the advisor from the customer service even declined to tell me his name, he was rude on the phone. Day two when i called your advisor gave me wrong information about my recharge which was then escalated to the manager Mr royson fernandes. Day three when i called the advisor said according to the terms and policies of the company he is not allowed to give his full name and was rude on the call, this was escalated by Mr pillai the Team leader. Day four i called i was being charged wrongly for the messages i was sending and i had already escalated that i am facing network issues which is not yet resloved. Spoke to Mr royson fernandes he had promised a call back within 48 hours and not to recharge my phone its more than 48 hours now and i have not recharged the phone, there is no courtesy call been given as well to update my issue which i call it bad service.
