On 12th Ocober the Idea mobile service called and said, that they are offering one ring tone free of cost, My wife said no, not required.
They still deducted Rs 214 from my phone balance which was about Rs.223. Informing the call centre yield no result.
This thieves are always look out for higher balance and immediately deduct some amount without any reason.
There is no forum to complain. The number is from Kolkata.
