Forgery Billing against GPRS

Dear Sir,

I am Naresh chand Tikariha (9824185554) using idea post paid connection since march. i used to pay approx Rs 275=00 since last 8 months, but from this month bill amount has been exceeded by Rs 1100=00 saying that i had used GPRS service (Same i used yet before also when I used to pay Rs.275=00). I got a call from the Idea representative regarding the immense use of GPRS hence the gross amount of Rs1100=00 to be paid immediately. when i refused them regarding this forgery, they disconnected my all Outgoing Call Services (even GPRS & Internet WAP services). This was stringently absurd from the IDEA Cellular firm.

So I came to the conclusion that; I have to close all services and account with the IDEA Postpaid connection with immediate effect, because its services are not satisfactory and trust worthy.
