Hi,
I am having Idea pre paid number 8605698322. From last 3 months the service of caller tune is activated by just picking a call. I had call several times customer care to deactivate this service/I also send SMS /Called on 56789 to deact this service
But it didn't work. I have wasted almost 100 rs for this unwanted service.
Now from last month I have stopped recharging it. The best thing would be to take another sim from another provider.
IDEA people just take a idea from common people Do not activate any unwanted service without the confirmation.
Bye Bye IDEA..I will not be using your services any more and will not recommend also.
