Idea prepaid service
Disconnection of service

I am new customer of idea prepaid service. Right now my service is barred. I have submitted document thrice. Last two occasions I have submitted document to My Idea showroom, idea personnel verified all document I found it proper.

I have attached following documents

1st submision

Indian driving license – As Photo ID

Maharastra state electricity board (MSEB) bill – As address proof

2nd and 3rd submission

Maharastra state electricity board (MSEB) bill – As address proof

Indian passport – As photo ID and address proof.

Note: MSEB bill is on my name and also address on passport and MSEB are same (my current pune residential address)

Each time I call idea customer care, they reply saying your documents are not proper but do not tell what is issue with documentation.

This time again they asked me to submit documents again (4th time). Can you help me to address this issue.
