Dear Idea
I am regular and premium user of idea service.
Today I faced very bad experience with your staff from call center side as well as from their team leader side.
My simple request of bill receipt rejected badly and said they can’t help and given reply was rude.
I have paid 3000 rs amount online.

after paying amount, transaction was successful from bank side but receipt was not generated by ideal portal.
So I have called idea careline 12345
Executive so called Mr. Alok process will take 72 hours and further detail speak to landline no 07314031414 extension 2858 with Miss Komal.
But unfortunate part is that she has not checked any record and refuse to help and disconnected.
If such kind of a service and expecting from customer to retain with Idea is this possible.
Frankly say answer is No
