I purchased a sim card number 09743531374 from idea company. I used this sim from 3 years recently company informed me to submit my identity proff i submit 2 times still now they are demand to submit bifore that thay disconnect my connection and issued this number to other the company also issued a duplicate sim card to me in marthahalli idea branch in bangalore, but it will not work till now When my frineds family members my office stoff called to that no recived by sum one and scolding us his wishing then i will call and inform to custremer care of idea they are not respond to me so please make a justices for me.
