Detecting balance without reason

Respected sir,

I buy a mobile connection in year 2010 from idea my mobile no. is 808385965.But from 15 febuary 2001 on ward they detecting/cutting my balance on dailybases without my permission. Then i made conntect in IDEA costomer care but they don't gave me proper response even they didn't write my complain, then i sent a email to their coustomer care, but they are consistent with their wrong attetitute.

Please help me and give me my money back.
